A wise person once told me that it is good to revisit one’s practice every now and then, to think it through and decide if things could be improved or if changes need to be made. Over the last few years I’ve learned that I enjoy mediating cases–helping people to reach mutually agreed resolution of their cases and disputes. And I recently noticed that my practice has changed–the number of mediations I do now far exceeds any other area of my practice. So I’m taking the hint, and refocusing my practice on mediation. Mediation is one of the best ways to resolve many types of disputes–divorces, property divisions, custody disputes, residential schedules; in other words, cases where you need to resolve a dispute but will still have to work with the other side in the future. I can help you with that. Come join me, and watch this space as my mediation practice–and this website–evolves.
